InnovOak Lunch Program

InnovOak School’s Healthy Lunch Program is being designed on the premise of providing healthy and nutritious homemade meals with quality ingredients. Our menu is expected to supply our students with the nourishment and energy to learn and achieve everyday.  

Working from a wide variety of culinary styles, meal options, and flavours, our coming menu will be a dynamic experience. Dietary needs are always accommodated by the kitchen with healthy alternatives planned for each student’s needs.

Vegetarian Chili & Homemade Garlic Bread

Hearty, nutritious, and with a taste you won’t soon forget, this Vegetarian Chili leaves nothing to be desired with a crispy homemade garlic bread side. Made from scratch with roasted sweet potato, a charred tomato – ancho chili base, and sweet corn, our chili is a great way to incorporate healthy vegetables into our student’s diet in a dish they can’t wait to have again.  

Zesty Shrimp Quesedillas

Mediterranean marinated shrimp combine with a classic quesadilla for a zesty and flavourful mixture. The tastes of sauteed onions, garlic, and bell peppers in crispy tortillas with a cheesy filling come together with a zesty finish for a flavour combo that is out of this world. 

Vegetable Chicken Stir Fry over Rice

Hearty vegetables and Asian inspired chicken are tossed in a ginger garlic soy sauce and served over rice for a hearty and nutritious meal that is packed with flavour. The balance of protein and vegetables are a simple and tasty way to get students the nutrients necessary to learn and grow everyday.  

Homestyle Macaroni & Cheese

A crispy breadcrumb top and a cheesy pasta middle, our Homestyle Macaroni & Cheese is the perfect meal for a chilly winter’s day. A mix of cheeses, spices, and flavours are used to create a signature cheese sauce that ties the dish together for a delicious and memorable taste. 

Broccoli & Sausage Farfalle Pasta

Inspired by the traditional dish from Puglia, our Farfalle pasta incorporates the earthy tastes of broccoli with Italian sausage and a smooth parmesan garnish. Tossed in a light garlic sauce, this dish is the perfect way to incorporate healthy vegetables and protein into a simple and delicious dish the whole family will love.
