InnovOak School Registration Inquiry Form

Thank you for considering InnovOak School as your child's academic institution. We appreciate your interest in our private school and would be delighted to provide your child with an exceptional educational experience. To start the registration process, please complete our inquiry form. After completing the form, families are also welcome to complete their registration with myInnovOak with the provided link.

Coming for a Tour

After completing our Inquiry Form, you will be provided with the tour link to schedule an appointment. If you are unavailable for any of the upcoming tours, please contact the Admissions Office (admissions@innovoak.ca).

Application Form

Completing the Application Form is the first step in enrolling your child. If you have submitted the inquiry, please wait for your admissions advisor to provision your accounts. You may also submit an application directly by creating an account on our portal.

Supplementary Application

Families will be asked to provide information and documentation for a variety of supporting documents to enroll, including age verification, report cards, transcripts, additional education documents, etc. Once they have completed the Supplementary Application Checklist, they will move on to the decision stage of registration.

Receive an Enrollment Decision and Enrollment Contract

InnovOak’s Admissions Committee will make a decision regarding your student’s enrollment and an Admissions Advisor will contact your family with the decision. If an offer of admission is made, an Enrollment Contract will be provided and the relevant Enrollment Deposit and Fees will be due at the time of enrollment. Your enrollment will be confirmed once the enrollment contract has been signed and received, and the Enrollment Deposit and Fees are processed. The welcome package will also be provided shortly after that.
